Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to collaborate with managers and staff across the organization. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, relations, and offboarding, while guiding HR policies and employment law.

You will lead recruitment efforts with hiring managers to attract top talent and handle employee relations in compliance with Swiss regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Significant experience in a generalist HR role, ideally as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment and business partnering.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and advising managers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Lead and support recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
• Manage employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Swiss labor regulations.
• Support organizational changes, restructurings, and workforce planning initiatives as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
