Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in B2B product/solution marketing or related leadership roles.
• Proven success building value propositions, portfolio positioning and GTM strategies for complex B2B solutions.
• Experience in industrial engineering, fluid engineering, or capital equipment industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the global product and solution marketing strategy across Flow, Services and Chemtech.
• Lead the development of value propositions and positioning for core product lines including pumps and separation technologies.
• Drive One Sulzer targeting for priority verticals (water/wastewater, oil & gas, chemical processing, energy, food & beverage, green hydrogen).
• Translate sustainability narratives into differentiated market positioning.
• Lead solution launch plans and ensure compelling positioning across digital channels, events, sales tools and campaigns.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Excellence to develop enablement content, battlecards, case studies and ROI tools.
• Drive messaging for aftermarket and service offerings and align with a global service network.
• Set yearly marketing plans and execute campaigns in alignment with regional and digital marketing.
