Sécheron Hasler Group, a leading Swiss railway technology provider, seeks an ambitious Product Marketing Manager for the Electrical Safety Solutions BU. You will lead marketing strategy, promotion of BU products, and collaboration with product line managers and sales to boost growth worldwide.

You will develop promotional materials, coordinate with the Group Marketing Team on trade shows, support product economics, and manage budgets while maintaining approvals and documentation.

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on growth in collaboration with the business development manager, product line managers and the sales organization.
• Define product launch plans in close collaboration with business development managers and product line managers and drive implementation for worldwide sales.
• Develop promotional materials to support sales activities, including brochures, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules; create content for website/social media.
• Provide competitor product analyses to support product line managers and the sales team.
• Establish e-learning modules with product managers to reinforce knowledge of worldwide sales teams.
• Maintain product documentation for intranet and corporate purposes.
• Define annual trade show needs with the business unit and coordinate preparation with marketing teams.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget for the business unit.
• Support yearly strategy review meetings.
