Johnson Controls in Switzerland is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Solution and Campaign Marketing to own marketing for defined industry verticals, leading end-to-end development of how we position and bring our solutions to market.

You will develop customer value propositions and activate them through integrated global campaigns, driving awareness, engagement and demand while collaborating with Product Management, Sales and Customer Support to align objectives and messaging.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing in industrial, technology, or building solutions sectors.
• Proven ability to own and drive marketing strategy and execution in a global or matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
