EMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading global industrial organization to recruit a Global Head of Process Excellence based in Zug, Switzerland. The role drives transformation across Innovation, Commercial, Supply Chain, Production and Logistics with a focus on digitalization, AI, automation and process mining.

The candidate will lead global strategy, governance and KPI frameworks, manage cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders to embed new ways of working across

Qualifikationen

Senior leadership experience in global process transformation within chemical/industrial sectors or similarly complex organizations.
Proven ability to standardize end-to-end processes and governance frameworks across multiple functions.
Strong understanding of digital technologies including AI, automation, analytics and process mining.

Aufgaben

Define and lead the global Process Excellence strategy and standardize end-to-end processes across functions.
Eliminate silos to improve efficiency, responsiveness and business performance.
Establish governance, ownership and KPI frameworks to drive standardization and accountability.
