• Ability to grasp complex tech topics without a software background.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the Group Head of AI & Data, translating strategic priorities into initiatives, timelines and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare decision papers, management presentations and executive briefings, supporting leadership meetings and planning cycles.
• Align technology initiatives with business goals by translating complex topics into clear business implications and investment rationale.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects and coordinate diverse stakeholders to resolve dependencies and blockers.
• Drive operational excellence with KPIs, governance, and improved internal processes.
• Promote adoption of AI and digital tools to enhance overall business performance.
