Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams in project management, business development, digital solutions or a comparable environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of five professionals, coaching project leaders and fostering accountability and growth.
• Build trusted relationships with Sales Centers, Product Centers and stakeholders to align customer needs and execution.
• Drive commercial growth by managing the project pipeline, supporting acquisitions and quotations, and contributing to order intake.
