Lonza is seeking a Process Excellence Specialist in Visp, Switzerland. You will drive structured continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain, establishing clear problem statements, baselines and KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

The role focuses on Lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and sustaining improvements through standards and training, with office-first work and 20% remote time. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or a related environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean and structured problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA, Pareto).
• Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data and implement countermeasures.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes in regulated manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prioritize and deliver Supply Chain improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Lead end-to-end projects including root-cause analysis, action planning, execution, governance and benefit realization.
• Define KPIs, baselines and targets to measure project success.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, EHS and Digital functions.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely execution.
• Embed sustainable solutions through standards, SOPs, training and controls.
• Coach teams in Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
