Zusammenfassung

Bühler Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Process Manager to design and continually improve end-to-end global service processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and parts delivery.

You will partner with IT and business teams in an agile environment, translate operational needs into standardized designs and requirements, and drive KPIs, governance, and adoption across global cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business, engineering, IT, operations, or related field.
• Experience in process management, service operations, digital transformation, or enterprise systems in an international environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and IT requirements; agile delivery is an advantage.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Own and continuously improve global end-to-end processes and digital backbones for workshop refurbishments, field service, and Parts Delivery.
• Connect commercial and service execution processes—from quotation and order handling to planning, delivery, invoicing, and performance follow-up.
• Translate business needs into standardized process designs, requirements, and a prioritized improvement backlog.
• Partner with IT and business teams in an agile way of working to deliver scalable, practical solutions.
• Define process standards, governance, roles, and KPIs; drive global adoption and continuous improvement.
