Richemont in Switzerland seeks a senior HR Operations professional to strengthen Process Excellence across the Group. You will lead HR Operating Model changes, translating strategy into practical workflows and driving efficiency, standardization and automation.

You will collaborate with Group HR Functional Leads, regional teams and Group Platforms to diagnose processes, define KPIs and own the improvement backlog, delivering scalable, compliant HR operations across the Group.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HR Management or related field.
• 10+ years experience in HR Operations or related roles in a global organisation.
• Strong experience analysing, simplifying and improving operational processes.
• Proven ability to apply process improvement methodologies and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of HR operating models and service delivery environments.
• Experience with automation and AI-enabled process improvement is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably Workday.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across Functions, Regions and HR teams.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Define and maintain the operational performance framework for HR Operations using KPIs.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of HR Operations processes across the Group.
• Own the HR Operations backlog and align initiatives with Product Owners and regional teams.
• Define and maintain process standards and enable knowledge sharing across the Group.
• Promote automation and AI-enabled improvements and monitor opportunities.
