Job summary

KITRO, a hospitality tech and sustainability champion, seeks a Head of Marketing to lead global marketing, shape strategy, and drive growth. You will manage a small team, optimize campaigns with data, and collaborate with Sales and Product to accelerate demand and brand impact.

You will build campaigns across international markets, advancing KITRO’s thought leadership and market positioning while coordinating with leadership to align marketing with overall business goals.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to grow pipeline and revenue through data-driven campaigns.
• Experience in hospitality or sustainability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead KITRO’s marketing strategy to support growth and brand awareness.
• Own the demand generation engine across all funnel stages with Sales and Product.
• Position KITRO as a thought leader in hospitality tech and sustainability.
• Build and manage a small internal team and external partners for campaigns.
• Oversee analytics and performance marketing to optimize campaigns.
• Develop marketing systems including CRM and marketing automation.
• Support go-to-market strategies for new products and markets.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing with business strategy.
