Jobgether is seeking a Senior Marketing Leader to shape the international marketing strategy for a growing B2B food ingredients distributor. You will align marketing with commercial growth, business development, and global branding across markets.

You will collaborate with sales, suppliers, regional teams, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, launch initiatives, and strengthen customer relationships. Significant autonomy and international influence await.

Qualifications

• A degree in Food Technology is essential.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, business development, or related leadership roles.
• Strong experience in food ingredients, flavours, nutrition, or related B2B industries is desirable.
• Experience working across multiple markets and cultures with adaptable strategies.
• Proven track record of marketing programmes driving measurable growth.
