Job summary

Keyrock is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the global marketing strategy and drive the complete rebrand to position the company for the next phase of growth. This transformation mandate requires strategic partnership with the CCO and leadership of a lean, AI-assisted team.

You will craft a forward-looking brand identity aimed at institutional allocators and crypto-native operators, shaping communications and market expectations in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in marketing leadership at a crypto or digital-asset firm.
• Deep understanding of the crypto market, its participants and its culture.
• Track record of building or transforming a brand in a fast-moving, commercially-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
• Based in or closely aligned with the CET time zone.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the complete rebrand and repositioning of Keyrock in the market
• Define and drive the marketing strategy across institutional and crypto-native audiences
• Build a premium, forward-looking brand identity for Keyrock
• Push information into the market in ways that capture attention
• Partner closely with the CCO to drive measurable commercial impact
• Build and lead a lean team augmented by AI tooling
• Shape how Keyrock is perceived as the industry converges with traditional finance
