Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer global marketing investments with full P&L responsibility. You will bridge high-level financial targets and granular marketing execution, defining our market strategy and leading a high-performing team to outpace the competition in a fast-moving travel market.

You will use machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize pricing, loyalty, and investments across channels, ensuring long-term profitability and sector leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Revenue Management, Forecasting, Pricing, or Growth Equity.
• Experience defining 1–3 year global growth strategies in a fast-paced e-commerce or OTA environment.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
• Experience hiring and coaching high-potential talent in a multicultural, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• P&L stewardship: drive marketing investments to meet targets while balancing short-term volume and long-term margin.
• Strategic growth: define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap and respond to market moves.
• Investment orchestration: coordinate spend across digital channels for a cohesive global footprint.
• LTV & unit economics: own LTV definitions with data science and steer high-value customer acquisition.
• Forecasting & modeling: lead forecasting efforts to predict shifts and adjust investments.
• Cross-functional leadership: align Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply on initiatives.
• Team development: mentor analysts and foster a culture of rigorous experimentation.
