UBQ is seeking a Head of Global Events & Travel to lead strategy, governance, and execution across flagship events, internal meetings, and the corporate travel program. You will manage budgets, supplier agreements, and duty-of-care, while coordinating with C-level executives and external partners to drive client and internal engagements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading corporate events and managed travel programs.
• 3+ years leading a global function in a fast-growing, international environment.
• Proven track record delivering large conferences (5,000+ attendees).
• Experience with TMCs, vendor negotiations, and complex budgets.
• Strong communication with C-Suite and enterprise clients.

Aufgaben

• Set strategy and governance for global events and travel function.
• Own budgets, supplier agreements, and duty-of-care governance.
• Lead RFPs, vendor management, and performance reviews.
• Oversee executive events, VIP engagements, and client-facing gatherings.
• Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Sales, and Legal.
