Qualifications

• At least three years of hands-on project management experience in an event agency.
• Experience delivering meetings and events for corporate clients.
• Strong budgeting, cost tracking, and reconciliation skills.
• Service-oriented and collaborative personality, calm under pressure.
• Fluent German and English; French or another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage your event projects across the full lifecycle, from the client brief, sourcing and planning to participant management, on-site delivery and post-event close-out
• Turn the brief into a clear operational plan, with timelines, task lists and project documentation that keep every phase on track
• Coordinate internal teams, venues and external partners, and act as the day-to-day operational contact for your clients
• Prepare and follow your project budgets, forecasts and reconciliations, and flag variances before they become issues
• Lead venue and supplier sourcing, quotations and negotiations, and support site inspections when required
• Contribute your operational expertise to proposals and client presentations, and take part in debriefs to keep improving how projects are delivered
