Job summary

gategroup is offering a 6-month, full-time internship within the Customer Experience team to support our presence at WTCE, the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo. You will gain hands-on exposure to event delivery and work with cross-functional, international teams to ensure a successful experience for attendees and partners.

Your role focuses on administrative support, content development for presentations, and coordinating schedules, meetings, and pre-event sessions to drive flawless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is a plus.
• Fluency in English required; other languages are assets.
• Strong organizational skills with basic project management knowledge.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience team.
• Collaborate with hospitality, marketing and communications to develop WTCE manuals and guidelines.
• Prepare key event schedules and develop content for presentations.
• Coordinate activities, organize meetings and support pre-event sessions.
• Assist in booth construction, event operations and media coordination during WTCE.
• Work with stakeholders to organize customer meetings and visits.
