Rothschild & Co in Geneva is seeking a motivated Client Experience & Events Intern to join the Client Experience team for 6–12 months starting December 2026. You will support planning, coordination and execution of high-quality client, corporate, and employee events within a global wealth management environment.

The role also covers client experience initiatives, internal training support and on-site event assistance.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous internship or practical experience in events, hospitality, marketing or client service is an advantage.
• Strong interest in event management, client experience and financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.

Mansioni

• Support the planning, coordination and execution of client, corporate and employee events.
• Assist with event logistics: venue, guest management, travel, catering and supplier communication.
• Prepare event materials, invitations, registration lists and attendee communications.
• Support budget tracking and related administrative processes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for smooth events.
• Attend events on-site and provide on-site support.
• Assist with post-event reporting, feedback collection and evaluation.
• Maintain event documentation, databases and project timelines.
