Job summary

Gate Gourmet in Zurich offers a 6-month full-time internship within the Customer Experience team to support the WTCE presence and event delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are assets.
• Creative problem-solving and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Customer Experience team.
• Work with hospitality, culinary, brand & marketing, and corporate communications to develop WTCE manuals and guidelines.
• Prepare key event schedules, develop content for presentations, and coordinate activities and meetings.
• Support internal event project workstreams such as staffing, participants, and meetings.
• Assist in organizing pre-event sessions, seminars and trainings for global teams.
• Provide administrative support for booth construction and event operations at WTCE.
• Coordinate media or corporate events with HR and Communications during WTCE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to organize customer meetings and visits during WTCE.
