Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is seeking an onboarding coordinator in Lausanne to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees in a 50% workload role. You will organise orientation sessions, coordinate logistics, and support employee engagement in an international Life Sciences context.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding or people-related activities in an international organisation.
• University degree in Business Administration, HR or related field.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees.
• Organise and facilitate new hire orientation sessions.
• Manage onboarding logistics including scheduling, room bookings, and welcome materials.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and award programs.
• Coordinate corporate volunteering activities with stakeholders.
• HR vendor administration including supplier coordination and invoice processing.
• Support HR Business Partner with local and global training programmes.
