Job summary

The role requires Swiss employment law expertise, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French, with Workday experience considered a plus. 8-month assignment across international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven HRBP or senior HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law.
• Experience supporting managers in international settings.
• Background in employee relations, performance management, HR operations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Workday experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and offboarding.
• Advise stakeholders on Swiss labor law and HR best practices.
• Support annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent management, and compensation cycles.
• Coordinate with payroll, talent acquisition, legal, and shared services teams.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for management.
• Contribute to HR projects and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
• Build strong relationships with local and international stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
