Michael Page in Geneva is seeking an HR Coordinator to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and coordinate HR operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will maintain HRIS records, prepare payroll data, and serve as the first point of contact for HR policies in a dynamic, international environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR with 1–3 years of HR experience, fluency in French and English, and familiarity with Swiss immigration/work permits; occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience as coordinator/assistant/generalist.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Fluent in French and English; travel occasionally in Europe.
• Experience with HRIS is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate HR operations across EMEA within a team of 4.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Prepare payroll data for several EMEA countries with external payroll providers.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR policies, procedures and day-to-day HR queries.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including welcome communications and collection of documentation.
• Liaise with new hires during pre-employment, background checks and orientation.
• Support offboarding activities including resignation acknowledgements and account deactivation.
• Assist with immigration and mobility processes with external advisors and internal mobility teams.
• Monitor the HR shared mailbox and respond to employee inquiries professionally.
• Prepare employment certificates and other HR documentation.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across regions to ensure consistency.
