Job summary

Michael Page in the Lausanne area seeks an experienced HR Business Partner for a 4-6 month interim assignment. You will provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and lead recruitment for varied departments.

You will coach managers on people topics and address employee relations, contributing to HR projects while maintaining excellent service levels.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Business Partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR administration.
• Confident advising managers on HR matters.
• Able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Immediately available for an interim role.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the organisation.
• Manage the HR lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
• Recruitment for varied departments and roles.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on people management topics.
• Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution when required.
• Contribute to HR projects and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
