Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead GCS capabilities within Lab Insights. You will partner with Support and Training chapters to deliver documentation and align with Life-Cycle Teams to advance network priorities.

You will drive the product lifecycle from development to market, lead a small support squad, and travel internationally as needed to support global matrix operations.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in IT or a related field.
• Experience in software product support, training, or diagnostics is a plus.
• Proven track record in project management or leadership roles.
• Strong communication and intercultural collaboration in global matrix structures.

Aufgaben

• Act as GCS Project Leader accountable for all support and service deliverables in new product development projects, upgrades, and updates
• Lead the entire Product Life Cycle E2E from a support and service perspective, spanning from initial development to on-market deployment
• Coordinate with Chapters to aggregate upcoming LCT needs, advance Network priorities, make trade-offs, and break down silos
• Lead and empower a small Product Support & Training Squad under the guiding principle "We all lead."
• Act as a role model for Agile Leadership behaviors and foster our culture, mindset, and behaviors as defined in We@RocheDiagnostics
• Play a key role in crafting and implementing key aspects of GCS Roche Information Solutions' mid- to long-term strategy
• Undertake international business travel as required by project activities and candidate location to support global matrix operations
