Job summary

Medacta International seeks a Group Product Manager to lead a product portfolio, drive lifecycle management, and coordinate cross-functional teams for successful launches and ongoing development.

You will develop marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and engage with customers and KOLs to capture insights that shape the portfolio’s evolution within a dynamic medical device environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in product management in healthcare or medical devices.
• Strong understanding of medical device technologies and clinical environments.
• Familiarity with product innovation processes and collaboration with R&D teams.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of products from development to launch and beyond.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for product promotion.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform development.
• Plan and manage product launches within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure successful development and commercialization.
• Engage with customers and KOLs to gather insights and feedback.
