Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager Europe to lead growth for two interventional portfolios across Europe from our offices in Switzerland, Germany or Spain. This role focuses on strategy development, market development, and cross-functional execution with travel across Europe.

You will partner with sales, medical affairs and global teams, lead two Product Managers, and drive therapy adoption while delivering commercial growth in a highly visible leadership role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in MedTech or healthcare settings.
• Proven multi-country marketing leadership experience.
• Track record of driving growth and therapy adoption.
• Experience leading strategic product launches and lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute European growth strategy and multi-year roadmap for two portfolios.
• Identify new market opportunities and priority geographies.
• Lead major product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Partner with country teams to translate strategy into measurable results.
• Influence global portfolio decisions and evidence generation.
• Build relationships with physicians and professional societies.
• Lead and develop a team of two Product Managers.
• Drive performance via data, forecasting and business planning.
