Zusammenfassung

GC International AG, based in Lucerne, leads in dental care with a global footprint and a focus on prevention and restorative portfolios. The Global Product Manager will identify growth opportunities, create go-to-market strategies, and collaborate with regional teams to expand channels such as pharmacies, e-commerce, DSOs, and distributors.

You will drive portfolio commercialisation, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle management while coordinating with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply

Qualifikationen

At least five years in dental product management, business development, or commercial marketing.
Strong understanding of dental prevention, oral care and restoratives markets.
Experience with OTC, pharmacy, e-commerce, distributor, and DSO models is desirable.
Solid knowledge of product lifecycle management and pricing strategies.
Proven track record in launches, packaging coordination, and business-case development.

Aufgaben

Identify and develop growth opportunities for Prevention and Restoratives portfolios across channels.
Define global channel strategies focusing on pharmacies, e-commerce, DSOs and distributors.
Lead lifecycle-management and commercialisation efforts for Fuji portfolio, including pricing, packaging and launch materials.
Coordinate cross-functional projects with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance and local ops.
Prepare market and commercial insights to support market prioritisation and investments.
Contribute to tender and DSO opportunities and develop value propositions with regional teams.
