Job summary

Comfone, a Bern-based Swiss technology company, is seeking a Clearing Operations Service Lead to shape service management and end-to-end performance. You will lead service priorities, align customer and business needs with technical delivery, and drive improvements to ensure reliable operations and outstanding customer experience.

Open to Swiss and EU nationals with a valid Swiss work permit; strong English (B2+) required.

Qualifications

Experience in end-to-end service management and operations in a tech-driven environment.
Strong ownership and decision-making with a track record of delivering results.
Analytical, proactive mindset with KPI-driven service performance improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead the service: Set the direction, define priorities and drive the service vision.

Own performance: Ensure reliable operations, service quality and regulatory compliance.
Drive decisions: Prioritise initiatives, manage resources and resolve competing demands.
Lead through challenges: Take charge of incidents, escalations, risks and dependencies.
Raise the bar: Challenge the status quo, align stakeholders and continuously improve service performance.
