Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Global Head of Channel (M/F/D) based in Switzerland to design and scale a global channel program across distributors, resellers, SI, and MSSPs. You will own the partner strategy, commercial model, and ecosystem partnerships with direct exposure to executive leadership.

In this remote-eligible role, you will drive go-to-market, recruit partners, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal to generate measurable pipeline and ARR,

Qualifikationen

• Experience building channel and MSSP partnerships from the ground up.
• Strong background in enterprise cybersecurity, ideally in threat detection or SOC technologies.
• Hands-on experience with MSSP business models, licensing structures, and recurring revenue strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, ARR, and new customer acquisition.
• Understanding of partner economics, incentive structures, and joint business planning.
• Experience across multiple international markets and collaboration with direct sales teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the global channel strategy across distributors, resellers, SI, and MSSPs.
• Design and implement the partner program and commercial framework with partner tiers and incentives.
• Recruit and develop strategic partners and allocate investments to high-potential relationships.
• Establish MSSP models in collaboration with Product/Technical teams for managed services.
• Coordinate with regional sales for co-selling, account mapping, and joint business plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance to build scalable partner processes.
