Job summary

Cisco Switzerland is seeking a driven Partner Account Executive to shape the partner business across networking, cybersecurity, cloud, collaboration and AI. Based in Switzerland, you will build strategic relationships with channel partners, distributors and MSPs to drive joint opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Based in Switzerland and authorised to work there.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technology field.
• At least four years of sales experience in IT channel account management, partner development, or technology distribution in Switzerland.
• Experience achieving or exceeding sales targets in direct or indirect commercial technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Build joint sales relationships with channel partners and distributors across Switzerland to expand our market presence and grow revenue.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partner leaders, aligning their commercial and technical capabilities with Cisco's software, networking, cloud, and security portfolio.
• Create sales enablement programmes and joint go-to-market initiatives that help partners reach customers and build profitable managed service businesses.
• Use sales data and market insights to identify opportunities, prioritise activities, and track progress.
• Work with systems engineers, regional commercial sales teams, and Nordics leadership to move opportunities forward and deliver on customer priorities.
