Qualifications
- 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or partner development in B2B software.
- Experience with resellers, distributors, MSPs/MSSPs, and regional system integrators.
- Established partner network across EMEA and ability to build trusted partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or similar frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop strategic channel partners in EMEA.
- Develop joint business plans and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
- Train partner sales and technical teams to position and sell solutions.
- Collaborate with account executives to support partner-led opportunities through closing deals.
- Establish and enhance the partner program foundations, including tiers, discounts, and margins.
