Fincons Group, a Lugano-based IT and finance specialist, is seeking an Accounts Payable & Accounting Specialist to join the Finance team. The role focuses on timely invoice processing, expense reporting, and accurate general accounting across Switzerland and international areas.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, plus excellent English communication for an international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in administrative or accounting education/training.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and administrative processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using ERP systems and accounting software (preferably SAP or similar).
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Process supplier invoices and employee expense reports accurately.
• Match and reconcile invoices with purchase orders.
• Post general ledger and intercompany invoices.
• Maintain supplier master data and petty cash records.
• Support monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist with annual statutory audit activities.
• Liaise with other Finance departments across regions.
