Zusammenfassung

Swissquote is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Officer based in Gland to join the Finance Department. You will manage supplier accounts, enter and process invoices, and make payments with high attention to detail.

The ideal candidate holds a CFC or equivalent accounting diploma, has 3 years’ experience in a similar role (banking preferred), and is fluent in French and English. Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, are essential; knowledge of Ivalua is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• CFC or equivalent diploma in Accounting.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank.
• Fluent in French and English (oral and written).

Aufgaben

• Processing of accounts payable (record invoices, prepare and apply payments).
• Ensure appropriate approvals of invoices in accordance with the company policy.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Ensure the reconciliation of AP related accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoice issues.
• Assist with monitoring and analysis of overhead expenditures.
• Support month-end closing activities and reconciliation processes.
• Provide guidance and support to apprentices.
