Job summary

gloor & lang ag is assisting an international biopharmaceutical company in the Neuchâtel region to recruit a German-speaking Site Account Specialist. The role emphasizes communication, coordination and top-tier customer service for treatment centers across Europe.

No cell-therapy expertise is required; training is provided and you will own scheduling and issue resolution. You will be the main contact for assigned centers, manage schedules, support an online platform, and work with internal teams

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required; strong customer service mindset.
• Experience in Customer Service and Account Coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and tasks simultaneously.
• Pharma/healthcare background welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for assigned treatment centers.
• Coordinate patient schedules and ensure data is accurate.
• Support customers with an online scheduling platform.
• Handle questions and resolve day-to-day issues by phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal teams when changes occur.
• Follow up on open topics and escalate when needed.
• Maintain customer and scheduling data in internal systems.
• Build trusted relationships and contribute to a positive experience.
