Qualifications

  • Diploma in customer service or supply chain.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Skills in information planning and organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, German & French.
  • Experience in customer service, call center operations, account management, logistics or supply chain.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily operations.
  • Participate in projects.
  • Act as primary contact for scheduling assigned treatment sites.
  • Create and maintain patient schedules with treatment sites and manufacturing sites.
  • Enter and maintain transactional data related to patient schedules in the planning system.
  • Troubleshoot and develop action plans for problems encountered.
  • Manage product returns and replacements if necessary.
  • Manage scheduling patients at sites.
  • Provide real-time planning portal support to external users.
  • Create and maintain master data in the account management system.
  • Participate and lead meetings with teams.
