Job summary

Gi Life Sciences in Neuchâtel is seeking a Specialist Scheduling & Logistics for a temporary position. The role involves daily operations, project participation, and acting as the primary contact for scheduling treatment sites, with coordination across treatment and manufacturing sites.

The candidate will create and maintain patient schedules, manage data in the planning system, troubleshoot issues, and support external users through real-time planning portals.

Qualifications

• Diploma in customer service or supply chain.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Skills in information planning and organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, German & French.
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, account management, logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations.

• Create and maintain master data in the account management system.
• Participate and lead meetings with teams.
