Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a high-energy Sales Development Representative (German-speaking) to prospect property management firms across Switzerland and the DACH region. This is a door-opener role focused on outbound activity, not closing deals, working directly with the founders to shape the sales playbook and scale a prop-tech startup.

You will manage a robust outbound cadence, qualify leads, and demonstrate our AI-driven re-letting solutions.

Qualifications

• Native or bilingual German language skills are required.
• Experience in high-volume outbound sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and maintaining accurate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Execute 40–50 outbound calls daily to pre-qualified leads in property mgmt.
• Identify decision-makers and book product demos for founders.
• Manage pipeline in CRM with statuses, next steps, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with founders to refine the sales pitch based on objections.
• Verify 10–15 new leads daily from automated lead gen system.
• Consistently hit monthly targets for booked and completed demos.
