Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Sales and Customer Account Manager in Athens. Based in a hybrid role, you will partner with clients to improve their sales strategies and manage accounts, analyzing performance and addressing campaign inquiries while building lasting relationships.

You will leverage German (C2) and English (C1) skills, with at least one year in sales, to drive strategic planning, client satisfaction, and growth across accounts.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (C2)
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
• Minimum one year of experience in sales with inbound/outbound and account management
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• A passion for client relationships and growth in the industry

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Offer customized recommendations to improve sales performance for each client
• Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain close communication to understand client needs and deliver results
• Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives for growth
