Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager focused on the German market. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, conduct cold calls, upsell services, and build relationships with decision-makers to drive retention and revenue in an international setting.

The role requires German C1+, strong English, and CRM experience. Relocation support to Athens is available, with relocation logistics handled by the company.
