Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager focused on the German market. You will manage a portfolio of B2B clients, conduct cold calls, upsell services, and build relationships with decision-makers to drive retention and revenue in an international setting.

The role requires German C1+, strong English, and CRM experience. Relocation support to Athens is available, with relocation logistics handled by the company.

Qualifications

• German language at C1+ level.
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling.
• Consultative, client-focused communication style.
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong English (B2+); other languages are a bonus.
