Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Account Manager for the German market with relocation support to Athens. You will manage B2B clients, upsell services, and drive long-term success in an international, fast-growing environment.

In this full-time role, you’ll work from Athens, handle a portfolio of clients, conduct cold calls, build relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions while aiming to exceed sales and retention

Qualifikationen

• C1+ level of German required.
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling and upselling.
• Consultative, client-focused communication style.
• CRM familiarity: Salesforce or HubSpot.

GERMAN SPEAKERS NEEDED

As the key point of contact for B2B clients, youll help them grow, unlock new opportunities, and shape long-term success while growing your own career in an international environment.

What You Bring

• C1+ level of german
• Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
• A consultative, client-focused communication style
• CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome!)
• Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
• A results-driven mindset with proven success
