Job summary

Cross Border Talents seeks a results-driven German-speaking sales professional for our Digital Sales team in Barcelona. Drive growth in the EMEA market by identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing deals on Cloud solutions.

Utilize consultative selling for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS, build strong business relationships, and achieve ambitious targets through outbound and inbound activities. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Must have B2B sales experience in IT/Cloud
• Fluent German and good English proficiency
• Experience with cold calling and new customer acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Interest in Cloud technology and Google products

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
• Generate new business through outbound calls and emails
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Present Cloud solutions and demonstrate business value
• Build relationships with customers, partners and decision-makers
• Collaborate with internal teams to accelerate pipeline growth
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and customer data in Salesforce
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives
• Participate in ongoing product training and professional development
