Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Spain is seeking a results-driven, German-speaking B2B Cloud Sales professional to drive growth across EMEA. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers using consultative selling.

This full-time role offers a base of €28,500 per year plus up to €9,000 in performance bonuses. The position is office-based with a path to hybrid work and relocation support for candidates moving to Spain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B IT/Cloud sales.
• Fluent German with strong English.
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience with cold calling and new customer acquisition.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Generate new business via outbound calls, emails, and engagement.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Present Cloud solutions and articulate business value.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to grow pipeline.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer data in Salesforce.
• Meet personal sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Participate in product trainings and development.
