H-Tech Supports seeks a Senior Workplace & VIP Support Technician to establish and manage on-site IT operations for our Geneva office. You will provide day-to-day technical support for staff, regional remote workers, and other offices as needed, covering hardware, software, and meeting room tech.

You will serve as the dedicated IT contact for Geneva-based executives and assistants, delivering desk-side support and event coverage with a premium service standard.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in workplace/IT desktop support with at least 1 year supporting C-suite executives or senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluency in English and French is required; German or Italian is a strong asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on end-user support for the Geneva office and regional remote personnel.
• Bring the new office facility into full IT service and maintain readiness across device staging, meeting rooms, printing, Wi‑Fi, and site infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, VoIP systems, mobile devices, and POS equipment.
• Run an on-site Tech Bar for face-to-face employee support.
• Manage and troubleshoot meeting room collaboration setups, including Teams Rooms and AV hardware.
• Maintain stockroom inventory and asset records in compliance with policies.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows with HR for first-day setups.
• Act as primary on-site IT contact for executives and assistants with 15-minute SLA during business hours.
