Laelaps AI Ltd. in Zurich is seeking a founding Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from discovery to close, and to help shape pricing and market positioning. You will partner closely with the CEO, closing early deals and building the playbook as you go.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a hunter who thrives in ambiguity, loves enterprise B2B, and wants to scale a security tech business. Expect heavy customer engagements, pilots, tenders, and a fast-growing commercial function

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise B2B sales with a record of closing six-figure+ deals.
• Self-sourcing pipeline experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close in enterprise B2B markets.
• Build and coach a sales motion alongside the CEO.
• Manage pilots, RFPs, tenders, and framework agreements.
• Keep CRM data clean and opportunities updated.
• Develop the ICP and feed feedback to product.
