Job summary

Salesforce Switzerland seeks a Named Account Executive to own the Salesforce relationship with enterprise accounts in the Swiss Tech, Services and Public Sector industries. The role is based in Switzerland and involves office or customer-site work, with some international travel.

You will build account strategies, lead the full sales cycle from qualification to close, and coordinate internal teams to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in direct sales of technology solutions.
• Experience building and maintaining territory and account plans, and forecasting weekly in a CRM.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Understand AI and SaaS solutions, and explain their business value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute long-term account plans that align with each customer’s business objectives.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from lead qualification and tender (public procurement) management through negotiation and close.
• Coordinate internal teams, partners and cloud specialists to meet customer needs.
• Present Salesforce value proposition to new and existing customers to grow your assigned accounts.
