Typewise, a Zurich-based AI company, is seeking a Founding Sales Lead to build the sales engine and the team that scales it. DACH is the initial focus, with international clients already onboarded.

This is a hands-on player-coach role, reporting to the founders and collaborating with customer success, product, and technical teams. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing, manage an Account Executive, and hire more sales capacity as the motion proves effective.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B SaaS sales with complex deals.
• Experience in selling in the DACH market is preferred.
• Ability to build influence with C-level buyers.

Aufgaben

• Own the path from target accounts to signed deals.
• Lead discovery and account-specific demos for a technical AI product.
• Coach and scale the sales motion with the team.
