Yuh, the Swiss fintech arm of Swissquote, seeks a Customer Care Representative to be the main link between Yuh and clients. You will help users manage their finances and investments, answer questions, resolve issues, and guide them through their financial journey with our app.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services and handling customer inquiries.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian proficiency is highly recommended (German a plus).
• Interest in financial products and markets including stocks, ETFs and cryptocurrencies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems.
• Strong listening, empathy and persuasive abilities.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and team player.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls and delivering professional customer experience.
• Provide accurate support via telephone, resolving inquiries related to the Yuh App across payments, savings and investments.
• Guide clients through their financial journey, explaining products and processes clearly and compliantly.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by following instructions and addressing concerns promptly.
• Document client interactions and outcomes in internal systems, collaborating with teams for seamless service and improvements.
• Uphold confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.
