Job summary

Yuh is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the main link between Yuh and clients using our financial app. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through their financial journey with Yuh across pay, save and investment features.

You will communicate clearly, demonstrate empathy, and maintain compliance while documenting interactions and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed with Federal certificate of Competence.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Fluency in English and German; Italian knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional customer experience (70-80% of daily activities).
• Provide accurate support via telephone for the Yuh App in pay, save and investments.
• Explain products and processes clearly, empathetically and compliantly to clients.
• Document interactions and outcomes in internal systems; ensure follow-up with teams.
