Yuh, the Swiss fintech app, is seeking a Working Student Customer Care Representative to be the main link between Yuh and our clients. You will answer questions, solve issues, and guide users through their financial journey with our app.

You’ll handle inbound/outbound calls, document interactions in internal systems, and collaborate with teams to ensure a friendly, compliant service in a modern Swiss banking environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services.
• Fluency in English and German; Italian proficiency recommended.
• Interest in financial products and markets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with office software and phone systems.
• Strong listening, empathy, and proactive team attitude.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for clients via calls (70–80% of daily activities).
• Provide accurate support via telephone, resolving inquiries about the Yuh app.
• Explain products and processes clearly, empathetically and compliantly.
• Document client interactions and ensure proper follow-up in systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to improve service.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.
