Yuh in Switzerland is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the primary link between clients and our app, helping users manage their finances and investments. You will answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through their financial journey with Yuh.

You will handle calls, provide accurate information, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service while upholding confidentiality and regulatory compliance in a modern Swiss banking

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship (Federal certificate of Competence).
• Experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for clients, handling inbound/outbound calls (70–80% of daily activities).
• Provide accurate support via telephone, resolving inquiries related to the Yuh App (payments, savings, investments).
• Guide clients through their financial journey with clear, empathetic communication and compliance.
